FLAME is a structured 12-week personal reconstruction program designed to produce disciplined individuals capable of operating as business owners. Before a company is formed, the individual is rebuilt. The first phase eliminates excuse culture and installs personal standards. Participants confront their language, their habits, and their inconsistencies. Time is audited. Environment is corrected. Structure replaces reaction. Only after discipline is demonstrated does the program move into financial literacy, structural awareness, and business alignment. Participants learn the realities of ownership, the responsibilities of operating legally, and the behavioral standards required to sustain a company. By Week 10, qualified participants graduate as FLAME UNITED Business Operators. Weeks 11–12 are dedicated to legal activation: LLC formation, EIN acquisition, and financial separation. Graduates leave with: • A reconstructed daily structure • A written personal code • Operational systems • A legally registered LLC • An EIN • A business bank account • An opportunity to become a paid FLAME mentor.
